Orange Creamsicle Cake


1 orange or white cake mix
1 pkg. orange Jell-O®
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup milk
8 oz. Cool Whip®
1 tsp. orange extract

      Bake ca1ke mix and cool as directed on box.  Dissolve 1 pkg. orange Jell-O in 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2-cup hot (boiling) water.  Poke holes in cake, using a large fork, pour Jell-O over cake; put in refrigerator about 1 hour.  Mix milk, vanilla extract, orange extract and vanilla pudding.  Fold in Cool Whip.  Spread over top of cake.
