Hummingbird Cake


3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. each baking soda, salt
2 cups bananas, chopped
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 cups Crisco® oil
3 eggs
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, include juice

      Heat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).  Grease and flour a 10" tube pan or bundt pan.  In bowl, sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.  Add remaining ingredients, stir until mixed.  Hand-mix only.  Bake 70 minutes.  Comes out very moist.  Makes a big cake!
