Bundt Cake

1 box cake mix (white, but yellow would work as well)
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding (can use sugar-free, every little bit helps)
3/4 cup water
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
enough:  cooking spray 

      Heat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).  Mix cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water and eggs first.  Add in lemon juice and fold in sour cream. (Makes a stiffer batter.)  Spray bundt cake pan with cooking spray; spoon batter into bundt pan  Bake about 50 minutes.  After taking it out of oven, let it rest about 5 minutes; then invert it onto cake plate to cool.  Make a glaze of confectioners' sugar, lemon juice and milk to drizzle over top.  Makes 6-8 servings.
