Oriental Barbecued Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, about 1 - 1-1/4 lb.
1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. each sesame oil, tomato paste
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed


      Set oven to Broil.  Trim fat from chicken breast halves; place on rack in broiler pan.  Mix remaining ingredients; brush on chicken.  Broil with tops about 4" from heat 7 - 8 minutes, until brown; turn.  Brush with sauce.  Broil 4 - 5 minutes longer, until chicken is done.  Heat remaining sauce to boiling.  Serve over chicken.  Makes 4 servings.
