Honey Carrots

4 cups baby carrots
2 tbsp. each firmly packed brown sugar, honey
2 tbsp. fat-free margarine

      Heat oven to 400ºF (205ºC).  Combine brown sugar, margarine and honey in saucepan; stir until melted.  Place carrots in ovenproof casserole with cover.  Bake 1 hour.  Stir occasionally to coat carrots with honey mixture.  Makes 8 servings.
