Beef Stroganoff


1 lb. ground beef
1 ctn (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 bag egg noodles (whatever variety you have on hand)
milk (whatever soup can directions call for)
to taste: salt and pepper 


      Brown and drain ground beef.  While doing this, boil egg noodles.  Drain noodles, add ground beef, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, soup.  Mix.  Cook until all mixture is heated.
