Marinated Vegetable Salad



2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup fresh cauliflower florets
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill weed, or 2 tsp. dried dillweed

      Combine all ingredients; cover, chill 8 hours or overnight. Makes 6 - 8 servings.
