Sautéed Salmon Steaks

4 salmon steaks
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 lemon slices

      In a large non-stick skillet, melt butter; add soy sauce and garlic powder.  Add salmon and cook 4 - 5 minutes.  Turn and continue cooking 4 - 5 minutes more, until fish flakes easily.  Garnish with lemon slices.  Makes 4 servings.
