Chicken Enchiladas Casserole

I would have to add Jalapeno's.. But hey, suit yourself.

Some likes it HOT, Some does NOT..  :)

 

1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1-1/2 cupS picantè sauce
3 cups skinless chicken, shredded or diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, minced
12 flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded lite Monterrey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese


      Heat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).  Cook picantè sauce, chicken and garlic in a skillet until chicken is heated.  Mix ingredients in a casserole.  Bake 45 minutes.
