1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1 env. (large) instant onion soup mix
1/2 cup milk
1 or 2 lb. stew beef
Combine above and cook in crockpot on Low setting 8 - 10 hours (can be thickened with 1 tbsp. flour and water mixture for thicker gravy). Serve over rice, egg noodles or elbow macaroni. Makes 4 servings.
