1 pound hamburger
1 16 oz. bag Tatertots
1 16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables - cooked
1 Large can of cream Mushroom or Chicken soup , may add a little water if you need too.
Brown hamburger, drain then mix, 1/2 bag of Tatertots, cooked veggies, and soup. Use two cans soup - if it looks dry add another can of soup. Layer the remaining Tatertots on top . Bake at 350* for an hour or so, or put a slow cooker and let it go on low for 3 hours.
Serves 4.
