HAm Salad is good on anything, but OMG on bizkits are wonderful :)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Hot pepper sauce to taste
1/2 small onion, finely grated
6 slices cooked ham, each slice 1/4-inch thick, cut into cubes
Shredded lettuce
4 baked bizkits, split
1. Combine Mayonnaise, relish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and onion with wire whisk in medium bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper.
2. Pulse ham in food processor a few times until coarsely ground. Fold ham into mayonnaise mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
3. Arrange lettuce on bottom halves of bizkits, then top with ham salad and bizkit tops.
