Shrimp Fettucine

 
If you like Fettucine, you will love this one!
 
 
 

  4   oz. spinach or egg fettucine

 

1/2   lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

 

1   clove garlic, minced

 

1   Tbsp. olive oil

 

1   can (14-1/2 oz.) DEL MONTE® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano

 

1/2   cup whipping cream

 

1/4   cup sliced green onions 

 

Cook fettucine according to package directions; drain. Saute shrimp with garlic in oil until shrimp are pink.

Stir in tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes. Blend in cream and green onions; heat through. DO NOT BOIL. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
