Ever So Easy Pot Roast

 
 

 

3 or 4 lb. beef chuck roast,  bone in


1 can cream of mushroom soup


1 or 2 bags frozen stew vegetables


Put roast in crock pot,cover with the bag(s) of stew veggies and pour the cream of mushroom soup over the veggies.

 Turn crockpot on low and do NOT take the lid off!! Leave for 8 hours.
