Easy Chicken and Dumplings

 

 


1 boiled chicken, deboned, (save the broth)


1 pack of large flout tortillas


dusting flour


After deboning a boiled chicken, cut up tortillas in 2 to 3 inch strips.  Put the cut up tortillas in a large zipper  bag, and shake about 1/2 cup of flour over them.  Seal, and shake the bag.  Drop ONE AT A TIME into boiling chicken broth.  Add chicken and simmer about 5 minutes.
