1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2-1/2 oz. dried beef, finely chopped
1/4 cup each finely chopped green pepper,
finely chopped red bell pepper
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Mix cream cheese well with dried beef, green and red peppers, onion and garlic. Fold in sour cream and pecans; chill. Serve with crackers.
