RICE CRISPY CHICKEN

I have never made this, but it sounds delicious!
 
 

1 cut up chicken


1 cup Hellmans-Bestfoods Mayonaise®

3 cups finely crushed Rice Crispy's®

1 tsp. white pepper


1 tsp. seasoning salt


1 tsp. paprika


* Rub down the chicken pieces with the mayonaise.
* Mix the Rice Crispys® and spices together in a 1 gallon size plastic bag.
* Place the chicken in the bag with the mix, coat well.
* Lay pieces on a cookie sheet.
* Bake at 325º F. for 15-20 minutes or until done.
