Homemade Noodles

 
So easy and so delicious, the thought that you made your own noodles is so rewarding.. Nothing else is like that feeling :)
 


3 beaten egg


2 cup flour

Combine eggand salt. Add enugh flour to make a stiff dough.

 

Put flour on a surface and make a well, break eggs in the center of that well and with a fork whip the eggs, now with your fork start bringing in the flour to the eggs ( folding it together ) until it is all incorperated. Knead till smooth.


Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and
slice 1/8 inch thick; spread out and dry 2 hours.
