Creamy Cole Slaw

 
 
 

2/3 cup evaporated milk


1/4 cup apple cider vinegar


2 tablespoons granulated sugar


1 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon celery seed


1/8 teaspoon pepper


1/2 cup mayonnaise


4 cups shredded cabbage


1 carrot, shredded


1 stalk celery, diced


Stir together first 7 ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Combine cabbage, carrot and celery. Chill. To serve, pour milk mixture over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat well. Serve immediately.
