1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup butter or margarine (2 sticks) softened
2 eggs
2 cups each flour, Rice Krispies® cereal
1 tsp. baking powder,
1 tsp. baking soda,
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup each dry oats (not instant), coconut
Heat oven to 350º F. (175º C). Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside. cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and blend. By hand, add flour mixture, and stir until well blended. Stir in Rice Krispies, oats and coconut. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet by tsp., or from cookie dough scoop. Bake at 350º F. about 10 minutes, or until cookies are golden. Makes about 5 dozen.
