Lemon/Orange Scones

3 cups flour
2 1/2 t. baking powder
3/4t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
unsalted butter cut-up(1 stick)
1 cup buttermilk
1 lemon grated
1 orange grated


Mix all together and bake 425 degrees,

 bake 15 minutes, remove,

brush with melted butter and

 sprinkle with white sugar and

bake 5 more minutes. Cut like a pie.

Serve warm with

fresh raspberries and whipping cream.
