3 cups flour |
Mix dry ingredients; pour egg, milk, raisins and vanilla over dry mixture. Stir well and fold over once or twice on floured board with floured hands. Shape into round loaf and place in greased 9 inch round pan. Bake about 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, butter top and place on rack to cool (a little). Serve while still warm. |
