Crustless Potato Quiche


6 Eggs
1 1/4 cups Cottage Cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups cubed ham
Dash Tabasco sauce
2 1/2 cups frozen O'Brien Potatoes
6 sliced green onions

Beat eggs, add Tabasco sauce and cottage cheese. 

 Mix well, then add other ingredients

and pour into 10 inch greased pie pan.

  Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees

until center is firm. 

 This is a no fail recipe -

 if you alter the ingredients

 somewhat it will still turn out great.
