2 pkg. (3 oz. each) orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 can (16 oz.) frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges; drained
2 cups boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 can (16 oz.) frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges; drained
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add orange sherbet and juice. Stir in mandarin oranges.
Pour into a mold, chill until set.
Unmold onto a serving platter.
Makes 8 servings.
