Corn Casserole

1 can (15 oz.) each whole kernel corn, drained; cream-style corn
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Jiffy® corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar

      Heat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).  Mix all ingredients, except cheese, and pour into a greased baking dish.  After casserole has baked 45 minutes, or is set in the middle and golden brown, sprinkle with cheddar, return to oven.  Let cheese melt, take casserole out and enjoy this ridiculously buttery dish. Makes 4 servings.
