Country Cream Dressing

 
2 cups dairy sour cream
6 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard pepper, optional 

      Mix all ingredients, adding pepper to taste. 
 Makes about 2-1/4 cup dressing, or
enough for 2 qt. 
 tender leaf lettuce or finely shredded cabbage.
