3/4 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced onions
1 can Pillsbury® biscuits
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 400ºF (205ºC).
Brown beef, drain. Add BBQ sauce,
brown sugar and onion.
Place individual biscuits into muffin pan, ungreased;
press them out around each muffin pocket.
Put meat mixture into biscuits, top with cheese.
Bake 10 - 15 minutes.
