1/2 cup each butter or margarine, softened; brown sugar;
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. each baking powder, baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 apples, cored, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Heat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
Grease 2 (9x5") loaf pans.
Cream butter and sugars; beat in eggs.
Stir in sour cream, banana and vanilla.
In separate bowl, combine flour,
baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
Gradually add to butter mixture.
Gently stir in apples and nuts.
Spoon into greased (9x5") bread pans; bake 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
