Crockpot Beef Stew


2 lb. boneless, well-trimmed 1" beef chunks
1 cup flour
1 tsp. each salt, pepper
1 can (14 oz.) chopped stewed tomatoes
6 medium carrots, cut in 1" chunks
4 medium potatoes cut into chunks, about 1 lb.
1 large can coarsely chopped onion
1 rib-sliced celery
1 tsp. each paprika, Worcestershire® sauce
1 clove minced garlic
2 bay leaves 

      Place beef cubes in a 4- or 5-qt. crockpot.
  Combine flour, salt and pepper; sprinkle over beef;
 toss to coat beef with flour.  Add tomatoes, carrots,
 potatoes, onion, celery, paprika, Worcestershire sauce,
 garlic and bay leaves. 
 Cook 8 - 10 hours on Low (4 - 6 hours on High). 
 Remove bay leaves.  Stir to combine and serve.
  Makes 8 servings.
