Breakfast Soufflès

12 eggs
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/4 chopped red onion
2 tbsp. parmigiano cheese
pinch of sea salt, ground pepper. 
 
 

      Beat eggs with cheese, salt and ground pepper;
 poured it into cup pan.  Sprinkle chopped peppers.
  Makes 6 servings.
