Sugar-Free Banana Milkshake

Use sugar or splenda ( your choice )
 
1 banana, frozen
3/4 cup 1% milk
to taste fresh ground nutmeg
2 tsp. sugar or 1 pkt Splenda® or other sweetener (equal 2 tsp. sugar) 
       Fully freeze banana.  Thoroughly purée in a blender or food-processor all ingredients.  Serve immediately.  Makes 1 serving.
