Roasted Garlic
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's garlic spread
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 drops yellow food color
Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining
ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and chill to
firm.

Strawberry
8 oz cream cheese
3 tablespoons sugar
6 oz chopped strawberries or 3/4 teaspoon
strawberry extract
1 drop red food coloring
Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining
ingredients and stir to combine. Let the mixture sit
for 5 minutes, then stir again. Cover and chill to firm.

Jalapeno Salsa
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup Pace picante sauce
1 teaspoon minced jalapeno (nacho slices)
dash salt
Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining
ingredients and mix to combine. Heat mixture in
microwave for 3 minutes in 1-minute intervals on
full power, stirring after each minute. This will
help for the cheese to set up.

Maple Walnut Raisin
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons raisins
1 teaspoon water
3 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed
1/8 teaspoon maple flavoring
dash cinnamon
Whip cream cheese until smooth. Grind walnuts into
coarse pieces in food processor or blender. Remove and
set aside. Add raisins and water to food processor and
chop on high speed until the raisins are cut into much
smaller pieces. Combine 1 teaspoon of the ground
walnuts and 1 teaspoon of the chopped raisins to the
cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and chill until firm.
