CHOW CHOW #2

 

This one is great too :)

 

1 small cabbage
1 lg green bell pepper
1 lg red bell pepper
1 lg yellow bell pepper
2 med onions
2 T of pickling spice
1 t of salt
2 C of sugar
2 C of vinegar

Combine  all ingredients in a large pot . bring to a boil for 5
minutes then turn down and simmer for 25 minutes. Pack hot into
hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch space.  Adjust caps. Process 15
minutes in boiling water bath.  Make 4 pints or 8 (1/2) pints.
