PEACH SHEET CAKE

1 pkg. white cake mix

1 pkg. (3 oz.) Peach flavored Jell-O

3/4 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

1 pkg. Dream Whip

1-1/2 cups cold milk

1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding

1 tsp. vanilla

fresh peach slices (optional)

Prepare cake mix according to package directions, baking in a

prepared 9 x 13 inch pan. Meanwhile, prepare Jell-O by stirring

to dissolve in boiling water; add cold water and stir well. Set aside

at room temperature.

Let cake cool 20 minutes. Poke holes over top of cake with meat

fork. Slowly pour Jell-O over cake. Chill well. Whip together

Dream Whip, pudding mix, vanilla and milk until thickened.

Frost cake and garnish with fresh peach slices, if desired. Store

in refrigerator.
