Meatloaf Muffins

 

 

1 box (6 oz.) Stove Top® stuffing mix, any flavor

2 eggs

1 cup water

 

2 lb. ground beef or turkey

 

1/4 cup catsup

 

     Heat oven to 350ºF (!75ºC).  Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.  Combine all ingredients.  Fill muffin cups to top.  Bake about 35 minutes.  Makes 16 muffins.  (Can also use mini-muffin tins to create appetizers.)
