Green Salsa

 
 

1 can whole tomatillos, drained
3/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped onion
4-6 tablespoons lime juice
1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh jalapeño chilies
salt to taste


In a food processor or blender purée tomatillos, cilantro, onion, 4 tablespoons lime juice and 1 tablespoon chilies until smooth. Taste then add more lime juice and chilies if desired. Add salt to taste. Serve or cover and chill up to 3 days.
