ROAST AND VEGETABLES

 
 
 
1 nice size roast
6 carrots, peeled and chunked
6 potatoes, peeled and chunked
1 onion, peeled and chunked
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Place roast in roaster pan, place vegetables around meat. Mix soups and 1 cup
water; pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 to 1½ hours.
