These are great around the holidays..
1 lb. pecan halves
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
2 T. cinnamon
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in salt and vanilla. Mix sugar and
cinnamon in large ziplock bag. Fold pecans into egg white mixture and transfer
to the ziplock bag. Shake to coat. Bake in single layer on a cookie sheet at 350º
for 10 minutes. Stir once
