JEANNE?S MEATLOAF

This is the best meatloaf, something about the blend of the
catsup and Worcestershire Sauce that makes it awesome...
 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
1 bell pepper, sliced in rings
6 slices of bread, wet
Salt and pepper to taste
catsup
Worcestershire Sauce
Carrots and potatoes ( Optional )

Mix all ingredients together; form into a loaf shape. Place in a long pan. Cut up
 Carrots and potatoes (if desired) and put around meat. LAy bell pepper rings on top of meatloaf then  Pour catsup and Worcestershire Sauce on top of the meat, use your judgement as to how much, I like it covered evenly myself; use the back of a spoon to spread evenly over the top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until done.
