PINTO BEAN PIE

 
 
Another of my mom's awesome recipes! This pie tastes like a pecan pie! I mean it, it really does :)

• 1 c. refried beans

2 c. sugar

4 eggs

½ c. butter

1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust, 9-inch. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Note: Pecans may be sprinkled on top, before baking, if desired.
