This is one of my favorite cakes.. Wonderful !!!
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1-3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. each baking powder, cinnamon
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup each oil, sour or buttermilk
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 - 1/2 cup raisins
Heat oven to 325º . Lightly grease a 9x12" pan. Cream oil, butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour milk. Beat well. Mix dry ingredients and add to above. Beat. Stir in zucchini and raisins. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes .
