Easy Shrimp Creole

Delicious!!!
 
1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, copped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup vegetable oil

8 ounces tomato sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon chili pepper

1 pound medium shrimp, cooked

4 cups rice, cooked

Sauté onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in vegetable oil until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper and chili pepper; simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and heat thoroughly.
 
Serve over hot rice
