Chicken Teriyaki

 
 

chicken recipe that cooks up fast and easy.It is also great for

people who don't want to use sugar! . .



 6 pieces of chicken


1/4 c. soy sauce


1/4 c. vinegar


1 garlic clove, crushed


1/4 tsp. ground ginger



Brown chicken in frypan.

Mix rest of ingredients

together and pour over browned chicken.


Cover and cook for 1/2 hour or until tender.


I find it is better if you turn it halfway through cooking.
