Mayonnaise Chocolate Cake

Great Cake

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 egg, beaten
2 cups flour
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
5 Tbsp baking cocoa

Cream together the sugar and mayonnaise.
Stir in the egg and vanilla. Dissolve the
baking soda in the water and add to sugar
mixture. Sift flour and cocoa together and
stir into mixture. Pour into a greased
13x9-inch baking dish and bake at 350F degrees
for 30 minutes.
