2 pkg. (7.5 oz each) buttermilk biscuits
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. each ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg
1/2 cup each melted butter or margarine, chopped nuts, maple syrup
Heat oven to 350º F (175º C). Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dip biscuits in batter, then roll in sugar mixture. Layer 1/2 bisquits in a 10" fluted pan. Repeat layer. Pour syrup over top. Bake 25 - 30 minutes, until golden brown. Put on serving platter as soon as it is done. Makes 12-15 servings.
