Pecan Pie

 

Super Delicious !!!

 

3 eggs, slightly beaten

 

1 cup sugar

 

1 cup light corn syrup

 

1 tsp. vanilla

 

1/2 tsp. salt

 

1 tbsp. butter, melted

 

1 cup pecans

 

1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked

 

Mix eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, salt, and butter together. Stir in pecans

 

 and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° F for 45-50 minutes until filling is almost

 

firm.
