Marinated Vegetable Salad
2 cups each cauliflower pieces, broccoli pieces
1 tomato, diced
1 bell pepper, cut in strips
1 bottle (8 oz.) bottle fat-free Italian dressing
Mix and chill several hours. Makes 6 servings.
