Orange Salad

2 pkg. (1/3 oz. each) orange Jell-O®
2 cups each boiling water, cold water
2 mandarin oranges, drained, about 11 oz.
8 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mini marshmallows

      Dissolve both pkg. orange gelatin mix in 2 cups boiling water; stir well.   Add 2 cups cold water and stir.  Place gelatin mixture in a medium bowl; allow to get cold in refrigerator.  When gelatin mixture is slightly beginning to set around edges of bowl, remove from refrigerator.  In a separate bowl beat cream cheese and Jell-O mixture until smooth.  Stir in drained mandarin oranges and rained pineapple tidbits.  Stir in mini marshmallows.  Pour into a serving dish; refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
