Creamy Yogurt-Dill Cucumber Salad

3 medium cucumbers (about 1-1/2 lb.)

1/2 cup thick, Greek-style yogurt or reduced-fat sour cream

2 tbsp. minced dill

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (can add onions and tomatoes -- very good)
       Mix all and chill for an hour; then serve.
