2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp. each garlic powder, onion salt
2 cups catsup
1 can [12 oz.] Pepsi®
1 tbsp. each Worcestershire® sauce, mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. Open Pit® BBQ Sauce
to taste: salt and pepper
Heat all ingredients to boil, simmer for 1 hour.
